This class is inspired by the ancient festival of Beltane — a celebration of life, fire, passion, and full expression.

This 30-minute yoga class is designed to help you connect to tapas your inner fire through mindful movement, breath, and intention.

Quick 30 minute fiery flow, focusing on the manipura chakra

In this class, we explore Ahimsa which translates to non-violence or non-harming. Ahimsa is about cultivating kindness, toward our bodies, our minds and ourselves and extending that compassion outward into the world.

This quick gentle yoga flow is ideal for those looking to have a mini reset after a long day or even first thing in the morning.

Short gentle yoga flow great to do anytime we are feeling bloated. Great to do when Aunt Flow arrives each month to help ease any cramps & discomfort that comes with the beauty of that stage of our menstral cycle.
