We’ll begin with intentional breathwork and gentle yoga, welcoming the light of a new day and the potent energy of release that the full moon brings. Then, together, we’ll take a refreshing sea dip, washing away what no longer serves us and reconnecting with nature and our inner strength.

You’ll leave with full moon journaling prompts to support reflection and renewal in your own time, deepening the experience long after the event ends.
