Spinal Reset
This is a gentle beginner friendly yoga flow focusing on movements of the spine to help ease any tension that has been stored during the night or day.
We advise to really listen to your own body as you move through the practice. If anything doesn’t feel quite right or causes you any discomfort or pain in any way, stop and move into a position that feels comfortable. Don’t feel like you have to take every option that is offered, this is your practice & because we are online and we cannot see you, we cannot be held liable for any injuries or incidents that occur (which will be very unlikely anyway).
