✨ FULL MOON BEACH GATHERING | AQUARIUS 🌕🌊

Join us beneath the light of the Full Moon in Aquarius for an evening of movement, connection, reflection, and release by the sea.

During the evening we'll experience:

🌬️ Guided breathwork
🧘‍♀️ Moon-inspired yoga flow
🧘 Guided meditation
📖 Reflective journaling
🌊 Optional full moon sea dip to seal in your intentions

Whether you've been feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply craving some time to slow down and reconnect, this evening is a beautiful opportunity to pause, breathe and be held by nature and community.

✨ Please bring:
• A yoga mat (I do have a few spare mats if you don't have one just let me know if you need one)
• Warm layers and a blanket for relaxation
• Water
• Swimwear and a towel if you'd like to join the sea dip

No previous yoga or meditation experience is needed, everyone is welcome.

Come as you are, leave feeling lighter.
